Abstract
(English)
How Network Technology (NT) can enhance knowledge sharing processes through the activation of formal and informal knowledge flows dynamics? Understanding how NT can be made available to such flows in the knowledge society is a factor that cannot be disregarded and is confirmed by the increasing interest of companies in new forms of software-mediated social interaction. For this reason the book focuses specifically on knowledge flow processes occurring within networked communities of professionals and the associated technologies that foster horizontal dynamics in the management, sharing and development of fresh knowledge. Drawing together relevant contributions from lead international experts in the field, this book is a valuable tool and a source of knowledge for all those involved in enhancement in knowledge sharing.
