Slides at: http://www.w3c.it/talks/2005/cmg2005Italy/ --- We briefly discuss the e-government challenges, both in respect to a four stage model of e-government development, and clustering them according to the technical, economical and social perspective. Semantic interoperability is the next step and fits in the Semantic Web vision. International and Italian context are pushing towards conformance to web standards and interoperability. Emphasis on e-government is a good opportunity for all to knowledge advancements and competitiveness.
