Abstract
(English)
This work focus on laterally confined hard-soft systems. They were obtained by sputtering on both MgO and SrTiO3 in order to exploit the different FePt/substrate matching to modify island morphology, size, and inter-island separation. The modification of FePt composition and substrate temperature during growth has allowed us to obtain composite nanoislands with different morphological and magnetic properties.
