Abstract
(English)
The aim of this work was to study and to improve the sol-gel processing of ferroelectric Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT). Two metodologies were followed: i) a route using glacial acid acetic as the solvent; ii) a process based on methoxyetlianol as solvent. The chemistry of the process of both routes used were studied and modified in order to obtain films with better dielectric properties. The heat treatments have been optimized in order to secondary paraelectric phase such as pyrochlore.
