Abstract
(English)
Mercury cadmium telluride (MCT) is one of the most widely used materials for the fabrication of high performance infrared detectors. These can be photoconductive (PC) or photovoltaic (PV), used as either single elements or in linear and two dimensional arrays. The usual applications are in the 3 to 5 μm and in the 8 to 14 μm atmospheric windows, but Hgl-xCdxTe devices have been made across the range from 1 to 35 μm [1]......
